There's going to be a ton of designers hanging out at Dreamation next weekend in northern Jersey, coordinated by Tony Lower-Basch (author of Capes) and Michael Miller (author of Fvlminata, Discernment, and With Great Power.) We have a full schedule at Indie Games Explosion, and folks like Michael, Tony, Emily, Joshua (Newman), Luke, Jared, Judd, etc. (also: me!)

Weird. Continuum AND Narcissist is going down there. I'd love to see how Narcissist turns out, but since I've been on a "Continuum with PTA" kick, I came to the shocking realization that I just don't care. Funky.

Funny story about that...

Saturday afternoon. I have a game of Timestream scheduled at the same time as the Continuum game. I set my stuff down, and go to the big board to check whether anyone's actually signed up. No-one is, and I look and see that nobody signed up for Continuum either.

I get back to my table, and guess who's there: Chris Adams, one of the Continuum authors, waiting to see if his game would go off!

So we chatted about time travel gaming for about an hour. Narcissist is still a waaays off, from the sounds of it. But it was really interesting to talk to him about the differences between our games.

And the rest of the Con was fun too. Hi Ben!

Hey, Ben. It was good to meet at the con - sorry we didn't get to hang out more and talk about Polaris / gaming / whatever. Next time.
